    Hi,

    Running into a strange error…

    USE CASE
Added share buttons as shortcode to footer.
common 3 column footer for all pages
1st column contains company address, contact us button and social share shortcode
1st column is followed by a spacer

    ISSUE
    Displays correctly for:
    desktop (all pages)
    mobile (home page only)

For all other mobile pages, share button seems to somehow block the column spacer from rendering – i.e. on mobile devices, the vertical space between the first and second columns:
is correct for the home page
is incorrect for any pages that use an elementor sidebar template, even if that template is hidden for mobile.

    all other pages: https://imtanuki.tinytake.com/tt/MzkwMzU0Nl8xMTk2NTA4NA

    TROUBLESHOOTING
issue doesn’t occur with Elementor (or other) social share buttons.
if I physically delete the sidebar template from the page, then share buttons format correctly…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    UPDATE
If I change the sidebar’s responsive visibility in Elementor to display on mobile, then social share button spacer issue goes away.

Again, this problem doesn’t exist for Elementor’s social share (or other vendor’s social share shortcode).

    WORKAROUND
The only workaround is to create 2 separate footers – one for pages with a sidebar and one for pages without.

A lot of work for an off-the-shelf function.
