Format H1,… replace by Quote (Modern)

    This may be done by another plugin or by your theme, or by enabling ” Load the CSS classes used in editor-style.css and replace the Formats button and sub-menu” checkbox.

    Make sure the checkbox is not checked on the TinyMCE Advanced settings page, then start disabling (suspicious) plugins one by one until you find the culprit 🙂
