# Format for CSV importing

 * What is the format for importing questions in a CSV file? I exported some questions
   and changed things (id numbers, POT names) and then imported that file. The app
   says it has imported the questions, but the altered ones don’t appear. Is this
   documented somewhere?

 * Hi,
    Unfortunately there is little (no) documentation on the export / import 
   file itself. Changing pot names shouldn’t cause an issue, but ID numbers may.
 * For example there could be a case if you change the wrong ID numbers that a question
   is imported into a pot that doesn’t actually exist and therefore wouldn’t be 
   displayed anywhere on the site.
 * I’d be happy to take a look at the CSV file if you could send me the original
   one and the edited one.
