 * I sent screenshots of the popup. It is not showing properly and the top is cut
   off so there is no way to close it.

 * I made some changes to the popup and it shows properly now. The issue now is 
   that I sent out a number emails asking people to complete the popup which they
   did but I can’t find any users anywhere.
