# Form wont validate

 * My form is online here : [http://climamur.fr/index.php/comparez-prix-plans-materiaux-maison-moderne/](http://climamur.fr/index.php/comparez-prix-plans-materiaux-maison-moderne/)
   
   When I want to test it, the validation button does’nt work and the “email” field
   is colored in yellow.
 * I can’t see why ? It used to work before and the form works with by other web
   sites.
 * Here is my short debug information : WordPress Version: 4.6.1PHP Version: 5.6.22-
   0+deb8u1MySQL Version: 5.5.49Caldera Forms Version: 1.4.5.1WP_DEBUG:
