Hello @lorenzomalferrari ,
I checked your site today, did you managed to solves it?
Anyway, here’s my thoughts on spam issue.
1. Make sure to use correct Subject or change your From: email to something like admin@natisoft.it / noreply@natisoft.it
2. Can you try and this to your functions.php file?
add_filter('wpcf7_spam', '__return_false');
I hope that helps.
Thank You.
We have made the following changes:
– Replaced email with admin@natisoft.it
– Added line of code in functions.php file
If I send only one file, the form will be successful. If I attach multiple files no.
In the “Form” tab:
<label> Allega il tuo CV (.pdf o .doc) <b>*</b>
[mfile* upload-multi-file limit:10485760 filetypes:pdf|zip|docx|doc min-file:1 max-file:5] </label>
In the “Email” tab:
At the item Attached files I put [upload-multi-file]
Where are we going wrong? We also reread your documentation and that of the plugin.
Thank you
News:
We have run some tests and the problem is sending multiple files to an email of our domain. The domain was bought and is still managed by aruba.it.
Have you ever had a problem with Aruba? How could we fix it?
Thank you
Do I open a new ticket for the translation?
Sorry, but I’m not sure about Aruba.
Maybe there’s a problem with your email server or configuration, it would be better if you will directly contact the hosting provider so they can you give us the best advise/solution.
For the translation you can email me : glenmongaya@gmail.com OR you may translate here – https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/drag-and-drop-multiple-file-upload-contact-form-7/

On advice in our hosting we used the Easy WP SMTP plugin. Combined with your plugin it will allow anyone to send emails.
