 * The form on this page, once its been submitted needs to generate an automatic
   invoice that’s emailed to the client.
 * In need of a simple way to do this, hoping there is someone out there who’s done
   this before and knows of a suitable plugin to use. Don’t mind changing the plugin
   used to create the form, that was created using the Visual Form Builder plugin,
   but it needs the automatic invoice emailed after the form has been completed 
   and submitted.

 * I’ve used Sliced Invoices (free) together with Gravity Forms (Paid) for a client
   project, and the client was very happy with the resulting “Get A Quote” feature
   I built on their website.

 * Sprout Invoices is also popular (no personal experience) and has free integration
   extensions for several form builder plugins such as Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms,
   Formidable Forms, WP Forms, etc.
