I placed the pre-designed form widget in the sidebar, set it to the correct form, and it displayed the form as the shortcode version, not the widget version seen in the preview. Have you tested this?

The widget stretches to fill the width of the widget area. If this is not what you want, you can set it to a fixed width using CSS.

Please provide a screenshot/link of how it appears and let me know how you would like it to appear and I’ll see what we can do.

What I’m saying is you have two types of form components.
    1. Noptin Premade Form
    2. Noptin Shortcode

When I use the noptin premade form as a widget, it doesn’t display the premade form I see in the preview. Instead it displays the shortcode version. It should display the premade form when I use the premade form. Especially, when it says “Use the Noptin Premade Form widget to add this form to a widget area.”

    See screenshot.
