Form was sending but is not now

    The form on this page was working. However, in my most recent set of updates to WP 5.5.1, CleanTalk, and CF7, the form is no longer sending. In CleanTalk I see that it is attempting to send from the old staging URL, though this is not able to be found in the database at all. That url is pittsfieldselfstorage.staging.tcbagency.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/153/feedback

    Is there somewhere I am missing that this needs to be changed? Thanks!
