    Hi there,

    My client is experiencing an issue where the form is being completed (i.e. we are getting notifications of form completion from the plugin) but we are receiving the following email message from Salesforce relating to duplicate records.

    Each form submission is 100% unique and all required fields are being submitted, so I am quite confused and was wondering if anyone had a solution?

    I have looked through the FAQs however could not find any information relating to this particular issue.

    Reason: You’re creating a duplicate record. We recommend you use an existing record instead.
