# Form title disappeared

 * Hello. My subscription form has a title which supposed to display subscribe to
   our newsletter.
    I see it in the backend but not on my homepage. Please help 
   me with this thank you!

 * The plugin has Display Title settings for each of the forms you create. Please
   check and make sure the option is enabled from the Form Settings > Display Settings.
