Form submissions stored in Gravity Forms entries

We Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce to generate a form on the Contact page. My client says that the submissions are successfully being stored in the Salesforce account. She says that the form submissions used to be stored in the Gravity Forms Entries tab, but the submissions stopped showing up in Gravity Forms. Can you tell me if this is even possible? I don’t see any documentation about storing the submissions in the Gravity Forms Entries tab.
