I’ve receive many messages saying that they’re not able to submit my form. This is the error message:

Your merge fields were invalid.
Error with field: Please enter a complete address

I’ve checked the merge fields in MailChimp and none are required except email. I’ve updated all plugins and cleared my API cached. The issue still persists.

Hi @purlavenue,

The form on that page looks to be coming from “Visual Form Builder”. Did you end up changing plugins?

Hi Jon,

Both plugins are active, I switched out the form because I’m currently running a giveaway with a deadline. I can switch it back if you need to take a look at it.
