# Form Submission

 * I am looking for a certain plugin to forfil my users needs. I want them to be
   able to fill out a short from for example;
 * Rank: (Drop Down selection)
    Spoken Language: (Drop Down selection) Microphone:(
   Yes/No) Notes: (Text)
 * When they hit submit I would like to embed the compiled information above on 
   a wordpress page. I would like to be able to select how many appear on the list
   before a page is prompted to change page where the same amount will list and 
   so on.
 * Is there any plugin that will allow me to do this currently? I was thinking of
   implementing a forum a lot like the one wordpress is using and have spaces to
   type the information above like wordpress uses also, you can see where it asks
   the Version you are using, I am sure you can edit/add more options.

   Purpose: To allow gamers to find ‘buddys’ to team up with.

 * So, you have a standard page. I would like say, 10-15 recent submissions to appear
   on the page before it starts making pages 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 if you get me..
 * Here is a screenshot of something along the lines of what I am looking for;

 * So as you can see from the screenshot above, somebody submits the information
   through a simple user form, once they have ‘submitted’ said information it will
   appear as above, maybe not exactly like that but something similar.
