I have imported form to my setup and tested it. It worked fine, without any errors, and I got all the submitted data. But I noticed something that may be important here.
Taking a step back then: if you go to “Forminator -> Submissions” page and select that form there, you can see the submission from that customer, right?
If so, it would mean that submission went fine but I noticed that the redirect that’s set on form leads to a 404 page. So when form is submitted, user is immediately taken to the redirect URL set which doesn’t exist – this gives 404 message so may be a bit “misleading” and make user think that something failed.
Please double check that URL (in form’s “Behavior” settings) as, if you do see submission, it might be the cause of confusion here.

as I double checked the redirect link does not link to the 404 page, instead, it still redirects to the page I have set, as I tried to submit the form myself, i see the error, it showed “an error occurred while processing the form. Please try again “, it showed like this, I have filled out in the correct way but it still can not submit. as I talk with my user, they also show me the screenshot which showed the same sentence like this.
I just let you know more information, this error just happened when my WordPress updated to the newest version 6.0.2. I am not sure if it is related.
hope you can help me to figure out this problem , I also have the screenshot that shows an error if you need it.

I can see the form page that you shared is redirecting to the login page, are you only allowing logged users to submit the form?
If so, can you try to change the Autofill and make it editable?

Let us know the result you got, and if the issue persists even when is not logged, would be possible to let the form public so we can test it?

Thanks for making the page public. I just made a submission, and could notice the form redirected to a 404 page after submission.

i think the error is here becase i make sure that i did not redirect to the error page . i redirect it to ” https://vavbit.com/blog/ ” in stead.
i can send you the screenshot if you need but i did double check after Adam faced that occurance.
this reply just want to make sure that my setting of redirecting to the page is in correct way but the form did not

I can see it redirects to that page which is a 404 page but other than that we didn’t get any issue with submitting the form, do you still get the issue?
If so, had you tried my suggestion for making the autofill writable?

This time i can see your submission but the problem here is why it redirects to 404 page. But i have set it to redirect to another page which is https://vavbit.com/blog/ .
As I tested myself sometimes it can submit and redirected to the page https://vavbit.com/blog/ and sometimes it showed “error” . Although in your case i just know when you tell me .
These all my problems i have faced . I am still confused how it redirects to 404 page. I do not know what to do now😅

I think there’s something else involved. We thought so far that its’ the “redirect issue” but in fact even trying to access that page

directly is a bit problematic. I have visited it just now (two separate browsers) directly – not via the form submission but just from link in your post above – and I got 404 there as well.
That would mean that it’s not that “it redirects to 404” but rather that there’s some other issue on site, not even directly related to Forminator.
Are you using some sort of geolocation based or any other type of “access-control” on the site that could possibly be blocking access to that page? Any “referer based” redirect code or plugin?

I allow just login users who submit to form can access it.
I do not use any plugin or code , this just happened after I updated wordpress 6.0.2 version but right now i downgraded it , but it still face the same problem

A~~~ , i see at that time , you guys submitted the form , i got your form ( just only one form) then it redirected you to page 404 because you are not login user so I think the only problem here just sometimes it can submit and sometimes it doesn’t. Or maybe form now on after you can submit me that submission maybe everything is back to be fine 😅. I am also not sure.

I tried to submit the form but it seems that initially I may have tried to upload to big images. But I used smaller one and it looks like the form got nicely submitted: I received confirmation e-mail and after that I was redirect to login page.

I am not sure that the problem is gone but as you guys submitted the form and i got 2 submission forms already. Maybe it works probably but as I noticed it is quite slow to submit the form.
Do you think it is ok now ?😅
