# Form stopped capturing all data

 * Hi!
 * I have a form on my site that captures client information in preparation for 
   a call. There are 51 possible fields to populate, but recently the form stopped
   providing data after the the 8th field (WHAT TYPE OF EVENT ARE YOU HAVING? *).
   I’ve tried playing with some of the settings with no success in getting the form
   to capture more data.

 * Thanks for sharing the form.
 * The issue is related to a bug in plugin that affect fields with visibility conditions
   set.
 * A workaround for now is to edit checkbox/select/radio field on form and change
   their optionss values (values! not labels) to be all lowercase. For example “
   Wedding” option value should become “wedding” (options’ labels can stay as they
   are).
 * Once that’s done save (update) the form and then set visibility conditions for
   the fields again. Note: they may appear as if they are still set but need to 
   be set again.
 * Then update form again and after clearing all cache it should work again.
 * There’ll be a fix for that included in upcoming plugin release too.
