Form Shortcode suddenly shows odd field, “Please leave this field empty” note

    My Mailpoet subscription form page (which uses a shortcode and has worked for years) is suddenly showing an extra field with the words “Please leave this field empty” in front of it:

    The rendering is also breaking the css of the page below that field.

    Any ideas as to why? Maybe a bug? How to fix?

    UPDATE: received no response from Mailpoet in 3 days, but the issue now has resolved itself (although not from a Mailpoet update). Crazy…
