Hi,

I tried to click the button to copy form shortcode and nothing happens. Is there a way to fix this? I created a form a few days ago and all was fine. Now, it is not working. Here is what happens:

forminator –> dashboard –> setting dropdown next to form i want–> {}copy shortcode

Nothing gets copied when I click the button. Please let me know how to fix this! Thank you so much.

I trust you’re doing well!

There should be a message “Shortcode has been copied successfully.” showing at the top of the page on your site. Please let me know if this showing up on your end. See this screenshot:

You may paste the code on any page, with right-click > Paste

Or if you’re on Mac use Command + V, and for Windows Ctrl + V (or Shift + Insert).
