Form settings not visible ?

    Hi,

    I need to integrate forms in my test site and have been a long time user of GravityForms so glad it can be integrated.
    Based on https://patrickposner.dev/docs/simply-static/forms I understand I should see a Config creation button once I set forms to Yes, but this does not happen, even after toggling the option ON and OFF again.
    It says “Your changes have been saved”, but only the yes/no dropdown and the Save changes button are visible. Using the latest pro version.

    Did I overlook something ?
