Thank you for the form.
We could replicate this issue and we informed our developers.
We can’t give an estimated time to release the fixed version but please keep the plugin updated, in case you would like to downgrade the version you can find it on https://wordpress.org/plugins/forminator/advanced/ the upload the Zip file on WordPress > Plugins > Add new, the WordPress will handle the downgrade.
