# Form selection checkboxes?

 * I downloaded this plugin specifically because the screenshots have list selection
   checkboxes (the “Send me emails about”) bits.
 * But I can’t find them in the settings. I need my form to be able to subscribe
   people to different lists depending on their selection. Can you help?

 * To setup options as shown in the screenshot, you will have to create groups under
   your MailChimp list. Once that is done, you can display these groups in different
   ways like Radio buttons, Checkbox or a Dropdown.
