Form says "Your message was sent successfully." but no email is sent

Hi,

I have three forms on this site here:

When submitting a form you get the “Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.” message however no email is received – also worth mentioning that nothing is inserted into the CF7DB plugin either.

I have checked the Apache error logs and nothing there, i have turned on debug mode, and still no obvious error.

I have uploaded a basic php script which simply emails me directly and i receive the email fine so the mail server is correctly configured.

Locally on my machine this works fine and emails, also on the dev server, so i have no idea what’s going on…

Anyone shed some light on this?
