 * I am looking for a plugin that can act as a ticketing system/Form for people
   to request equipment for a gaming community. This will allow the users to request
   equipment for no cost.
 * I have searched several forms and WordPress Advanced Ticket System and Formidable
   Forms would be the type of combined plugins i’m looking for.
 * Here are the features I need:
    (Form can also refer to request, as this is a
   user request waiting completion) -A Form that members can fill out only when
   logged in.
 * -The form would then be submitted on the same or different page but visible to
   ANY user or non-user. This would display every form submitted that are Open or
   pending.
 * -The user would be able to edit his form at any time.
    Another user with higher
   permission, let’s call him pro user, would be able to change the status of the
   form to “Pending” “In Progress” …etc
 * -non-users and users should be able to see open requests even if it isn’t their
   own. They would be unable to edit then unless they have submitted the form as
   a user.
 * -Once the form is completed the pro user could set it as finished.
 * -I/Admin rank would then be able to review the completed request:(Requested form,
   user who submitted, time and the pro-user who completed it.)
 * I’m definitely willing to buy the pro version of a plugin but can’t seem to find
   one that offers this or maybe I found one but was unable to know since i’m new
   with WordPress.
 * I need one that is unlimited and not 1 year plugin. I am willing to buy the WordPress
   Advanced Ticket System but it’s CAN$72 for 1 year. I found some $20 versions
   that offers almost the same thing but don’t give the option to have a front end
   display of all submitted form and the option to change their status.
 * I’m not good with codes so I need a GUI that will allow me to set everything
   up quickly.
 * (Not that the form is important but I don’t need the big ticketing system that
   allows you to have a ton of options. I’m always going to be using a single form
   and don’t need anything special like email, technical support phone support and
   all that.)
 * The form will be the same every time and in this format:
    **********************************
   ~Request form~ Name: [ ] Level: [ ] [1st equipment piece] Select a gear: [None](
   Dropdown: Armor, Gloves, Boots, Helmet…) Select a color: [None] (Dropdown: red,
   blue,orange…) Select a preferred style: [None] (Dropdown: example, example…)
   Select a few preferred types: (radio buttons. Select multiple) o Example 1 o
   Example 2 o Example 3 o Example 4
 * [2nd equipment piece]
    Select a gear: [None] (Dropdown: Armor, Gloves, Boots,
   Helmet…) Select a color: [None] (Dropdown: red,blue,orange…) Select a preferred
   style: [None] (Dropdown: example, example…) Select a few preferred types: (radio
   buttons. Select multiple) o Example 1 o Example 2 o Example 3 o Example 4
 * [3rd equi…..
 * [4th equ…..
 * Comments:
    …
 * [SUBMIT](http://codex.wordpress.org/SUBMIT)
    **********************************(
   Front end display of requests)
 * User1 time&date status Actions
    test 07/29/2015 4:25PM Open [View] [Edit] test2…………….**********************************
 * I would appreciate it if someone could msg me or comment so I can find a plugin
   that would allow me to do all this for the right price.
 * Thanks in advance,
    Jeremie

 * I use a plugin that I think will do what you want.
 * The free version is [Frontend Publishing](https://wordpress.org/plugins/front-end-publishing/),
   which you could test out first. If you’re happy with the approach, then you can
   upgrade to the Pro version, which has all the features you are looking for.

 * Thank you! I will try this tonight. It definitely seems like what i’m looking
   for.
 * I’m still open to more suggestions if anyone has more,

 * This seems to have way too many restrictions. Like I don’t need tags or pictures
   but can’t remove those options. It also doesn’t allow you to view everyone else’s
   post and edit them.
 * I guess I can’t use that one. The Pro version isn’t any different it seems :S
 * Sola Support Tickets looks promising. I can’t find any other ones.

 * Actually, the Pro version does allow you to remove tags and pictures. I have
   done so.
 * To enable the editing of others’ posts, you need to use a User Management plugin,
   like Capability Manager Enhanced.
 * I don’t think Sola Support Tickets will do the job at all. I use that too (the
   Pro version) — your question on their forum was how I found you here — and it
   is not set up for what you want.

 * I have the Capability manager but I can’t figure out how to make it so I can
   see other peoples requests. I see my own requests and a subscriber also sees
   his own requests. Even an administrator can’t see another admin’s post.
 * There are no settings for the FEP on the capability manager :S

 * Hi Jeremie.
 * Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
 * Answers to your requirements:
 * -The form would then be submitted on the same or different page but visible to
   ANY user or non-user. This would display every form submitted that are Open or
   pending.
 * **Our plugin is capable of doing this**
 * -The user would be able to edit his form at any time.
    Another user with higher
   permission, let’s call him pro user, would be able to change the status of the
   form to “Pending” “In Progress” …etc
 * **Currently, the plugin builds a standard form that allows the user to enter
   a Subject and Description. The Pro version however, allows the user to submit
   a Priority and which department they would like their ticket sent to.**
 * -non-users and users should be able to see open requests even if it isn’t their
   own. They would be unable to edit then unless they have submitted the form as
   a user.
 * **Our plugin is capable of doing this in the Pro version. This can be viewed
   through the plugins ‘Helpdesk’**
 * -Once the form is completed the pro user could set it as finished.
 * **The agent can change the status of the ticket from ‘Pending’ to ‘Open’ or ‘
   Solved’**
 * -I/Admin rank would then be able to review the completed request:(Requested form,
   user who submitted, time and the pro-user who completed it.)
 * **This data is available to any user on your site that has the Support Ticket
   Agent capability and can be viewed in your wp-admin area **
 * Unfortunately at the moment our plugin cannot add additional fields to the submission
   form at this point in time though, without modifying the code.
