 * I’m looking for a plugin that allows me to set up a template for report that 
   can be given to my clients customers. The form will request certain information
   along with a text area and insert those details into the report which can be 
   printed or emailed. This report MUST be able to be saved as a pdf.
 * Does anyone know of a plugin or combination of plugins that will be capable of
   this.
