Form removes page altogether

    Recently the reCaptcha API message appeared on my IQ Testimonials page.

    I entered the Public and Private keys as instructed however now whenever I use the shortcode for the IQ Testimonials form the whole content area of the page disappears.

    The IQ Testimonials page shortcode works OK.
