Form Refreshing on Submit

    When clicking the submit button the page refreshes and then shows the “response message”. I have the contact form setup in a modal style popdown form. Everytime a user clicks submit even if the reaueired fields are not filled in the page refreshes and the popup modal goes away and it looks like it sent. But clicking on the contact link again brings back up the modal with the response/error message showing.

    I CAN NOT have the page refresh as it ruins the experience for the user. I am guessing this can be fixed seeing as this is a major issue for a lot of users that create more fluid and elegent sites and would be considered a major flaw in the design of the plugin.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

    The form that drops when you click the contact button in the top right part of the main menu up top.

    I have the same issue, once I am clicking on submit then, page is getting refreshed.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    I new it wasn’t your plugin! I have never had that happen with CF7. IT WAS a plugin callled “Contact Form 7 – Redirect & Thank You Page”. I thought I deactivated it but I guess I didn’t. Sorry to waste your time and thank you so much for your promt response and help!
