Form refreshing before submitting

    Hi there

    We’re building a new site using X theme (version 2.6 – I know it’s old!)

    We’ve noticed that, when clicking ‘Submit’ on a CF7 form, it refreshes the page instead of just submitting while the page is open. We’d actually like it to redirect and so it’s affecting our analytics/user experience.

    We’ve tried using the Twenty Fifteen theme instead which resolved the issue – so it is seemingly something to do with the X theme.

    Has anyone seen this before and if so how is it resolved?

    Sounds like you’ve investigated and found your problem.
    ​
    ​Your best option is probably to update your X theme to the latest version & contact their support, if you have a current license.
