• I have the FS Contact Form builder and have created two applications and one contact form for visitors to fill out, which then submits their answers to me in an email. For some reason, when you hit submit, it is redirecting it to a Mailchimp landing page asking the user to subscribe to my website. This shouldn’t be happening and I never integrated the plugin to my Mailchimp list. Everything worked fine from the plugin’s preview/test mode, it’s just not working from my website. I’ve tried the “insert form” button on the wordpress template itself to build a form, as well as other plugins, and the problem persists no matter what form I use, so the problem does not seem to be the plugin itself. There is nothing in my Mailchimp account integrating the two and customer service has no idea either. Somehow the submit form button is adopting a different function based on other forms on the page (my Mailchimp subscribe forms). I thought perhaps they both used the same ID for the submit button, but my subscribe forms use the id=”image” because I’ve created custom buttons. Any ideas? This is a big issue with my site and I am going crazy! See what I mean when you hit the SUBMIT button on the contact form here: http://www.mackenzieelizabeth.com/contact It should say something like “Thank you for contacting us, we will get back to you shortly” and send me an email. It should NOT be prompting them to subscribe.
