# Form Plugin

 * I’m looking for a form plugin that could be configured to look like .pdf form
   for input but also the output would have to look like a .pdf too.

 * Okay so I got Adobe Pro and made and electronic form. Does anyone know how I 
   can upload the .pdf to my site page without loosing the electronic functionality.
   I loaded it up to my site page using the PDF Embedder plugin but now it just 
   looks like a flat .pdf form and no electronic functionality.
 * I want users to be able to fill out my form then submit and print it.

 * I can’t think that I am the only one trying to accomplish this. Is there anyone
   else who has done the same thing or… would output data as .pdf?
