# Form Placement & Shortcode

 * Hi.
 * I have create a my personal Subscription Form follow the instruction in
    [https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/140-create-a-subscription-form](https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/140-create-a-subscription-form)
 * but I don’t see the shortcode option in Form Placement section!
    I see only Widget,
   PHP or Iframe.
 * Can you help me?

 * Although the shortcode option is not currently displayed in the Form Placement
   section, you can still use the shortcode [mailpoet_form_id=X] and replace X with
   your form id.
 * We’re working to have the shortcode as a Gutemberg block, so you can easily place
   anywhere. As soon as it’s ready, we will display this option again.

 * whitout “underscore” between form and id.

 * I have searched for several days to no avail. I do not what the subscription 
   form to show at the bottom of every page and post. I have the form placement 
   option turned off. Yet, on every page and post the subscribe form shows up. How
   do I fix this?
