Form not working PHP debug on line 206

    Hi,

    I have tried for several days to use your form but it always get errors. I have disabled every plugin but does not work. I have NOT modified my coding in anyway. I use Point theme.

    Please help! I am desperate!

    These messages keep coming up:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home2/alsaneav/public_html/dermatologodf.com/wp-content/plugins/cta/shared/classes/debug.class.php on line 206

    Fatal error: Call to a member function getName() on a non-object in /home2/alsaneav/public_html/dermatologodf.com/wp-content/plugins/contact-forms/accua-forms.php on line 2549

    Hi,

    I found out that this error happens when there is an extra “Fieldset end”.

    Please note that fieldsets can’t be nested, and if you put a “Fieldset begin” after another “Fieldset begin”, a “Fieldset end” is implicitly added, and you can have only one “Fieldset end” after a “Fieldset begin”.

    Please try to remove extra any extra “Fieldset end” and let me know if this works
