# Form not working

 * I have make a form with following fields, but i think its message body area have
   issues so form is not working, please check :

 * [text* Qualifications watermark “Final Qualifications”]
 * [text* Experience watermark “Last Experience (Company & Years”]
 * [text Trainings watermark "Trainings (if any)"]
 * [file UploadYourCV filetypes:.doc|.docx|.pdf|.jpg|.png]
 * [submit “Submit”]

 * My all other default forms are working on same plugin / same website. But this
   form is my custom… so i think body needs some correction, please help.

 * Logic would suggest to me to not use full stops in your field names, so change
   D.O.B to DOB and take the full stop from ContactNo.
 * The other thing is your template says [Application for Job] which does not appear
   to be a tag in the form itself.
