    Hi @echave21

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

I am afraid step two on that page ask for the login.

Is it possible to create a temporary page and allow the step until the Form step so we can verify the source code and browser console?

    Best Regards

Hi Patrick, thank you for your answer.
It is important that the form works in that space/format.
Can I give you an account login credentials, so you can enter and take a look there?

    Thank you!

    Hi @echave21

Kindly never share your credentials, it is a public forum.

I can see the configured form is the HTML, can you please remove the credentials from the forum, and add the Forminator form so we can check it?

    Best Regards

    Hi,
The credentials are from a normal account as if you register with your mail, they can’t access with them to any important information of the web.

How and Where do you want me to add the forminator form? Here or in a public part of my webpage?

    Hi @echave21

You can add in the steps as you shared but if possible make step 2 which is the form public and we can test it.

It can be on a temporary page and then share the link.

Ok, I´ve checked in other pages of the web and the form works.

But in the submission form that I need to embed it (the one from the video) it continues to not display the form. I can´t share that page because for the submission process you need to register, is required.

I´ve been looking for possible problems and I think it is related that the only text that can be added is “static text”. Could that be the problem and how can be solved in that case?

    Thank you again!!!

    Hi @echave21,

This seems to be specific to theme or page builder that you are using and I’m afraid that not much can’t be done from our end if it doesn’t support shortcodes.

Please get in touch with devs of the plugin/theme used to render this content and they should be able to give you some suggestions on how to go around this.

    Cheers,
    Predrag
