# form not working

 * in the past week, in our website, if we go the specific form when we not log 
   in, the site
    return 5 times – 400 response, and then 403 response, In addition,
   the changes that i made in specific forms, not shown in the form. If i first 
   log in to WP, the form works, but most of our clients cant log in.
 * some one can help ?
