# Form Not Working

 * Hello, I am trying to switch my forms over to your all and when I go to test 
   one, I will put in the information, click submit, and it redirects to my homepage
   but doesn’t actually record the submission or send any emails. For example, I
   had a form on my contact page, submitted it and it went to my homepage but with
   this URL: [https://hwcagra.com/?__fluent_form_embded_post_id=13487&_fluentform_18_fluentformnonce=c428c7fbe4&_wp_http_referer=%2Fcontact%2F&dropdown=General%20Contact&names%5Bfirst_name%5D=Jake&names%5Blast_name%5D=Bradley&email=jake%40rivalmedia.org&message=TEst](https://hwcagra.com/?__fluent_form_embded_post_id=13487&_fluentform_18_fluentformnonce=c428c7fbe4&_wp_http_referer=%2Fcontact%2F&dropdown=General%20Contact&names%5Bfirst_name%5D=Jake&names%5Blast_name%5D=Bradley&email=jake%40rivalmedia.org&message=TEst)

 * It looks like you have jQuery error in your page and fluent form does not work
   for that error.
 * By the way, I tested to your contact page and it’s working. So when you are logged
   in then another plugin is throwing JS error. Check your browser console for more
   information and find our which plugin is causing the error.

 * Thanks for the response, and this is what is happening: JQMIGRATE: Migrate is
   installed, version 1.4.1

   =c428c7fbe4&_wp_http_referer=%2Fcontact%2F&dropdown=General Contact&names[first_name]
   =Jake&names[last_name]=Bradley&email=jake%40rivalmedia.org&message=TEST:1 Unchecked
   runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received.
 * BTW, your test was on a different form builder I have until I can fix this.
