# Form not working

 * Hi,
 * Contact form 7 is producing a server error. It’s at [http://www.interochiropractic.com/contact-us/](http://www.interochiropractic.com/contact-us/)
   and it’s producing an error:
 * Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal 
   Server Error).
 * The code is in the plugin settings is:
 * <p>Your Name (required)
    [text* your-name] </p>
 * <p>Your Email (required)
    [email* your-email] </p>
 * <p>Your Message
    [textarea your-message] </p>
 * <p>[submit “Send”]</p>
 * Any ideas?

 * I am also experiencing problems with CF7 starting today (it has been working 
   perfectly since last year).
 * On this site [http://www.singabites.com](http://www.singabites.com) I have the
   contact form set up as a very basic form (see below).
 * <p>Your Name (required)
    [text* your-name] </p>
 * <p>Your Email (required)
    [email* your-email] </p>
 * <p>Subject
    [text your-subject] </p>
 * <p>Your Message
    [textarea your-message] </p>
 * <p>[submit “Send”]</p>
 * Today it has started returning an error message – Failed to send your message.
   Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.
 * Can you please help and let me know if there have been any updates or reason 
   why I would now be seeing this error message?

 * As a visitor to the contact page, if I complete the form the spinning arrow icon
   shows up once I submit a form, but then nothing happens. The [FAQ for that error](http://contactform7.com/faq/the-spinning-arrow-icon-shows-up-once-i-submit-a-form/)
   suggests:
 * >  This is most probably due to a conflict between plugins/theme. Try deactivating
   > all other plugins and switching to the default theme.

 * You have a different error to the OP. Take a look at the [FAQs for error messages](http://contactform7.com/faq/after-submitting-the-form-i-get-an-error-message/).
