Form not works

    A day after installation, the form stopped working on all pages except the main page (for the desktop). Sometimes it sends, but for a very long time, you have to wait 5 minutes. On mobile does not work at all anywhere. It just looks like this https://prnt.sc/stop9m

    when I clean the cache in the admin panel, the form starts working again, but it doesn’t last long, after a couple of days it stops again.

    This is very bad, I paid money for this plugin and it do not work. I am losing customers (((

    Hey there, @jada22 👋

    That’s strange! We’ve tried submitting your form a few times just now and it worked fine for us.

    If this issue is intermittent, it most likely has to do with your site’s settings for caching. Some other third party plugin could also be interfering.
    And if forms are stuck on submit, it can boil down to your server’s mailing function configuration. To rule out third party conflicts, would you mind deactivating all plugins except HappyForms and see if it helps?

    Yes, now the form works, because today I cleared the cache on the site. I’ll email you when it stops working again. Thanks for the answer! )
