# Form not submitting

 * On a page I have a form. When the submit button is pushed I have in the code 
   of that form a link to a php script that (1) is supposed to send the form data
   to a database and (2) send back to the user a thank you page. Neither are working.
   I’ve tried different things but nothing I try is working. Any help is appreciated.
