I built this form a while ago and everything was working fine. The initiative was put on hold and so I hadn’t looked at it until today when the team wanted to start moving forward again. Now, the form is visible on the page in the Divi Builder, but on the published page, it’s just a blank space.

My form does have conditional logic, so I suspect it could have something to do with a ‘display:none’ error that I have seen mentioned elsewhere, but I don’t know how to correct that issue or even if that is the issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jgrybek

Sorry to hear about your issue.

I can see the gravity form on the page which is hidden with display none.

My plugin helps to embed a shortcode and style the gravityform. I seriously doubt its anything related to my plugin.

Which version of gravity forms are you using? Recently they had a big update. Hopefully that didnt cause this?

However to be sure lets try a few things.

    1. Are you using any page optimisation plugins? If so can you disable and try?
    2. On text divi module, add the gravity form shortcode and check – https://docs.gravityforms.com/shortcodes/#example-form-shortcode
    3. On a gutenberg page (non divi page), add gravity form shortcode and check.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks

So sorry, wasn’t paying attention to where I was posting—you’re right it’s not your plugin. Looking like it’s a conflict with the Autoptimize plugin.
