    Hi,

    The form I’ve created isn’t showing on the webpage I’m using it, and also not when I click “Save & preview”. I searched for a certain variable that is mandatory to make a form go online, but I couldn’t find it.
    I’m not 100% sure what info you need to help me with this.

    I did select “Classic” as “Script load method”, and chose “Clean” as a theme. Changing either of these did not make a difference.
    The other example forms that come pre-installed also don’t show.
    I noticed that I can’t change the Charset, it simply won’t save the changes I make.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late, after the modifications in the WordPress forum, I have not been receiving the notifications for new entries.

    The issue may have different causes, one possible cause could be the existence of a third-party plugin installed in your WordPress, configured to optimize the website that modifies the generated form, or removes the SCRIPT tags of the plugin.

    Please, create a ticket in my private support system with the access to your WordPress, and indicate the form you are developing:

    Best regards.

    I’ve created a ticket.

    Like I said, i tried a lot of things. Like turning off all the other plugins, and even tried your form on another website. It just doesn’t seem to work.

    P.s. it might a good idea to let people know how to contact you, if you don’t get notifacations about new topics, people might think you are one of those many developers that never do any support.

    Hi,

    I’ve replied to the email from my website. One more time my apologies for the delay, in reality the WordPress forum is a priority for my, because it is big source of new ideas and improvements in the products.

    Best regards.

    Thanks mate, but I haven’t received any mail, and I have no clue how to log in to the ticket?

    Hi @supervinnie40,

    I’ve replied to your ticket, but this time from my personal email.

    Best regards.

    Thanks mate. I did recieve your e-mail now. But it didn’t show any link to the ticket itself, so I still don’t know where to put my reply. And I wasn’t sure if you wanted me to simply reply on your e-mail.

    However, I seem to have fixed the problem. Even though one of my plugins was deactivated, it still caused some kind of conflict (not sure how). I deleted a few deactivated plugins of which I’m 100% sure I don’t need them in the future. And the forms worked.

    I can’t tell you what plugin was the problem, because I remove about 4 or 5 together.

    Since you are reading this, might I just suggest one option that could be very interesting for other users as well? An option to insert a field where the total is calculated that stay in the screen. My customers now need to scroll to the bottom of the container to see the total. It would be great if there was a floating div that would scroll with the user within the form div (not throughout the entire page, because I have a long footer). That way the customer doesn’t have to scroll down and can actually see how the price changes.

    Thanks for your level of support mate. Appreciate your time and effort. Seeing as I think I’ll be using the e-mail option, I might become a paying customer in the future.

    Hi,

    In reality you don’t need a new type of field, simply to define some CSS rules.

    – Select the calculated field, and assign to it a custom class name through the attribute: “Add Css Layout Keywords”, for example: my-field

    – Insert a “HTML Content” field in the form, and enter, as its content, the piece of code:

    <style>
    #fbuilder .my-field{
    position: fixed;
    z-index:9999;
    background:#DADADA;
    top:200px;
    right:0;
    padding:10px;
    }
    </style>

    Of course, you should to adjust the previous styles to your webpage.

    If you need additional help modifying your form, you can reply to my email requesting a custom coding service.

    Best regards.
