Form not showing

    I got everything set up and my slide up is not showing on my contact page.

    I’m a little lost with the DNS Keys. I’m not that great of a wordpress person and thought the plug in and activation key would just work.

    Can anyone help?

    Can you please share a screenshot of your Pop-up placement settings?

    Also, if you switch your theme to Twenty Twenty, does the pop-up appear? it will help us narrow the issue down.

    Hi Elvira,

    My theme was created in the Blocs App.

    I know Blocs better than WP so it was easier to customize this template to what I wanted.

    First I screwed up and put a Slide In on ALL Pages & Posts and it showed on the Post only. So I fixed it and put it at the bottom of pages on ALL Pages and Posts and it only showed on the Post. I’ll describe the best I can….

    Form Placement – Slide-in
    Enable – On
    Position – Right.
    Form width 336
    Display on all Pages – Off
    Contact Page selected in box
    Display on all posts/products – Off
    Display on catagories and tags – Nothing selected
    Show Animation Display – Slide Up.

    So I decided to just to a slide in on my Contact Page, and now it doesn’t show anywhere. I hope this screen shot is what you are looking for. I’m new to this so I appreciate your help and your patience.

    And…there’s no where to upload the screenshot. 🙂 It’s 6am here in CA and the caffeine is still kicking in. Sorry if it’s obvious and I just can’t see it.

    That said, your settings look correct. The Pop Up should display on the contact page only.

    Your theme or another plugin can interfere when your form doesn’t show up at all. Please refer to the following guide to rule it out as a root cause: How to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts.
