Form not sending

    Hi everyone, amazing plugin I really like it!

    I’m having a problem in the last 30 days or so, where people click on the button send and the form is sometimes submitted and sometimes don’t. I’m not sure what exactly is causing the error.

    My Console Inspector shows the following:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘indexOf’ of undefined
    at Object.success (main_div_front_end.js?ver=1.13.21:1817)
    at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
    at x (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:4)
    at XMLHttpRequest.c (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:4)

    Any clue?

    Good Morning i am receiving now the form with the art Cover jpg but, once i try to added a mp3 or a wave file. i don’t receive the form neither the form go thru, go back to the same form

    what do you can recommend

    Hi @dpm1625,

    I am sorry to get back to you late.

    Can you please check, do you get any error when upload mp3 file, maybe the issue is that the file is large and it is not getting uploaded properly.

    Can you please try to set up your email options like I show in this screencast and check again?

    i try and i still having the same problem are there is a way the you can help me ? because honestly, I buy this form because i saw the include the upload form.
