Form not refreshing on slide-in

    I am using contact form 7, woocommerce and genesis framework on a staging site on wpengine. I have the display set to: I”Refresh … with Ajax”. The form immediately closes on submit and doesn’t show the success or error messages. How can I get it to stay open and then manually close?

    Hello @ninaj,

    Can you check what option you have in AFTER USER CLOSES SLIDE-IN in Display settings of slide-in?

    Thanks for your reply. I have tried both Refresh and Close and Refresh or do nothing (Ajax) and both behave the same way (closing on form submit).

    Hello @ninaj,

    Please check option “AFTER USER CLOSES SLIDE-IN” (not “FORM SUBMIT)

    Is it “Hide all slide ins”? if yes, can you change it to another option?
