 * In your webpage there are a lot of uncaught javascript errors generated into 
   the code of the calendar used in the content of the webpage that stop the onready
   event on the document object, please, look the screenshot visiting the following

 * By the way, I’ve checked the HTML code in your webpage and there are not script
   tags to include the javascript files of the different plugins installed in your
   website (it should be the real cause for all issues). So, if you are using a 
   plugin to optimize the website, I recommend you check its settings.
 * A possible solution, at least for our plugin:
 * 1. Go to the settings page of the plugin through the menu option: “Settings/Calculated
   Fields Form”
 * 2. Select the “Direct” option for the “Script load method” attribute.
 * 3. Press the “Update” button.
 * 4. And finally, if you are using a plugin to manage the website’s cache, clear
   the cache.
