# Form not getting submitted?

 * We have an applicant that says they submitted the form but have not rec’d it 
   or been notified. We are now wondering if others have been blocked. I don’t think
   we’ve rec’d any since installing cleantalk
    Is there a place to see and identify
   forms that have been blocked?
