Form not displaying

Hi Basix
Your concept and design is absolutely beautiful ! Well done.
However nothing displays when I put the following code on my website
http://www.accell.com.au/test3/

[NEXForms id=”2″]

I can’t see any Javascript conflicts, but I’m guessing it must be something like that because there is only a simple text box on your form.

I’m happy to buy the subscription, but need to get it working first.
