Then make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin. If that’s so please try deactivating the plugins one by one to see if that’s a plugin conflict or change the theme to the default option to see if that’s a theme conflict. Please update it. When done most likely the issue with the shortcode will be resolved. This old version of shortcode is no longer working with latest versions of WordPress.
