# form not displaying ;(

 * I created the form…. added the form
    code to the page….
 * saved the page……
 * form does not display ;(
 * the written directions do not match
    what is in the dashboard.
 * This form is for a not for profit and
    the page is supposed to go live in the
   morning (sept 16) for ticket sales for a fund raiser….
 * PLEASE help
