    <div class="klasa">

    </div>

    Class spu-open-1734 is CSS class from Popups plugin. Shortcode is inserted into HTML editor into popup content area. Can you help me? Just click on green button, and then on Enviar email, and will see issue. Thanks

    Hi deanmkd,

    I look a look at the URL you shared, however I wasn’t able to replicate the issue you described. I recorded a short screencast video as I tested this so you could see what I was seeing — you can check that out here.

    Could you please let me know if you’re seeing this issue on a specific browser, or when using a particular device? With those details I can try again to replicate the issue in those conditions.

    Also, I apologize if you felt there’s been any delay. We generally try to reply to questions in this free version forum within 3 business days. If you’d like more urgent assistance, you could consider purchasing a paid license which provides access to our (faster) private email support.

    Thanks!

    Hi deanmkd,

    That’s definitely odd. My previous test (and the video I shared) was on Chrome, and I was just able to submit the form again using Firefox (here’s the video for that test).

    As next steps, I’d recommend a couple of things:

    1) Clearing your Chrome and Firefox browser caches. Caching can cause some pretty bizarre issues, so this will help to remove anything potentially related to that.

    2) Checking that your browser versions are fully up to date.

    3) Checking that you don’t have browser extensions blocking code (such as JavaScript) from running. While I don’t believe I’ve seen this come up before, it would be a good precaution to disable anything like this (if you have extensions along these lines).

    4) If none of the above seem to work, it may be worth restarting your computer and/or trying on a different computer/device. Sometimes this seems to help clear some stubborn caching.

    I hope at least one of these steps helps, and please let me know how this goes! 🙂

    Hi deanmkd,

    We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But please feel welcome to continue the conversation if you’d like!

    Thanks 🙂
