“Form” not appearing in backend

    I am helping someone with their site. They are using this plugin and the page has two form shortcodes. One works, the other doesn’t – just the shortcake appears as text on the page.

    In the backend, I see the “Donation” menu, as noted in the Give docs, but nothing about forms. I can’t add, edit, or view, and on the page editor, “Add Donation Form” isn’t available as an option.

    The plugin is the latest version.

    Clearly, some forms are loading. What am I missing?

    Hi Dan,

    Sorry for the slow turnaround here.

    Are you still experiencing this issue? I’d love to get to the bottom of it. A link to the site (front end) where the problem is occurring would be instrumental in resolving it, for starters.

    Also, ensure that your user account on the site is an administrator, as that can be the source of issues where individual users don’t have the ability to see or modify forms.
